Our team goes line by line through the management agreement and exactly how your property would be handled — including the full fee structure. It is a walkthrough, not a sales pitch.
3. We take it off your plate
We screen and place the tenant, collect the rent, coordinate maintenance, run inspections, and report to you. You keep the decisions.
